Who We Are

We were college students who lived in a variety of different housing. In more than one case, we had to deal with a house that was falling apart and a landlord that only one of us had ever met. Needless to say, we didn’t know what we had got ourselves into.

What if we had a way to talk to the previous tenants?

Then we would have known how sketchy this landlord really was, before we signed the lease.

We soon put two and two together. Responsible landlords don’t have an effective way of marketing the fact that they are... responsible; and students don't have a way of knowing what they are really getting themselves into. So here we are, House Biscuits.com, because renters have the right to know what they are getting into and good landlords deserve a shout out.
